Although the title invites people to think about acts of extreme violence, it is the opposite, at least in principle. It is one of those cases in which someone gets hot and hits someone or sticks with someone. We are excluding the crime of injury, when the victim spends a few days off, and damages of greater consideration.
The fact is that in some areas such as gender violence or violence in
the family; it turns out that the excessive zeal at the time of
punishing certain behaviors has caused the proportionality of the

Let’s see if we straighten up, or the thing will get worse.
