Qualities of a good leader, Goal, Plan, Success,

Being a good leader means you can inspire others to follow your example, willingly and cheerfully. A good leader will inspire confidence and will set a good example of what we should aim for. These are the characteristics of a good leader.

Example to follow: If you want your workforce to work hard and diligently, it is important to live up to your ideas. If your workforce sees you are late and not professional, it will be harder for you to follow their advice.

Humility: to lead we need to encourage others to act in a certain way. However, if we try to do it through self-infliction, people will not respect us. Instead of emphasizing, try to led by emphasizing certain principles. People will be more willing to follow a leader who embodies humility.
Appreciate your employees: to be a good leader, you can not underestimate the importance of giving gratitude to those who strive to do the right thing. If they appreciate people, they will encourage them to continue doing the right thing. Our estimate must be honest. We must not overlook but look for something good to do.

You have a clear vision: you often need to overcome resistance to change. If people do something for a long time, they have a strange reluctance to apply new ideas. To introduce a new way of doing things, you must have confidence and faith in new way. People will definitely pay attention to the belief you have in your own vision.

Avoid arguments: if people criticize your approach, it is often better not to take part in arguments. You can listen politely to their criticisms and thank them for their interest, but often the best approach is to focus on the new approach. Look and feel that there is no need to defend yourself. This gives your vision some nobles.

Listen to others: a good leader should try to feel part of his team instead of being superior. If you listen to others, you will surely appreciate it. You can often find that your employees have good ideas you can incorporate. Even if they have ideas that are not applicable, it is worth giving the impression you value their opinions, even if someone does not use them.

Create a positive atmosphere: if you try to led by creating an atmosphere of fear or competition, it will undoubtedly create problems. If you can afford to led by maintaining a positive attitude, it will undoubtedly bear fruit in the long term.

Do not take it seriously: there is nothing wrong with recognizing that you may be wrong or making a joke at your expense. People will appreciate the leader who can recognize the post-human error of all. But, just do not do it.
